Kansa Department for Children and Families - Education Voucher (ETV)

Description: Post-secondary education and certified training programs for eligible youth (custody, foster care, left foster care on/after age 16, adopted on/after age 16, eligible out-of-home placement on/after age 14), up to $3,500, per youth per plan year with an open service case. This can be used for books, room and board, child care, tutoring, and transportation.

Description: Keep is a program approved by the State Finance Council to support Kansas families and children recovering from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on learning. KEEP provides qualifying parents and guardians with a $1,000 award per eligible student to pay for a variety of educational goods and services that promote educational learning recovery and facilitate academic enrichment opportunities. Beneficiaries can spend their award funds in an online education marketplace that offers a variety of approved education goods and services.
