Leap out of Loneliness
The discomfort and distress of loneliness happens when the desire for social connection has waivered. Loneliness may lead to empty or sad feelings resulting in social disconnection.
It takes strength to recognize when something is wrong. “Don’t chase people, be yourself, do your own thing and hard work. The right people, the ones who really belong in your life will come and stay” - unknown.
There are organizations that recognize loneliness. Seek help.
