Grief is not a Linear

The loss of a loved one, whether that be through death or departure, chronic illness or disability, disaster or misfortune causes anger, pain and sadness. It’s difficult but not impossible to put together a new puzzle. it’s an adjustment, with many stressors, contemplating new paths, and moving on.

No one grieves the same way., it’s not linear or straightforward, it’s in an adjustment. Responses may include disbelief, shock, numbness, anger, bargaining, depression, relief, guilt, regret, anxiety, panic, sadness, loneliness, confusion, and disorientation.

Peace and stillness and ultimately acceptance is not easy…In time, life becomes a new reality.
